Corrections

If a calculator's arithmetic, a formula constant, or a factual statement on this site is wrong, we want to know and fix it.

How to report an error

Use the contact page and describe: the exact page or calculator, the specific statement or result you believe is wrong, and — where possible — the source that supports the correction.

What happens next

  • Reports are checked against the cited source or against the calculator's own test suite.
  • Verified errors are corrected as soon as practical, and the calculator or page's reviewed date is updated.
  • Substantive corrections (anything affecting arithmetic, a formula constant, or a legal/factual claim) are logged below with a plain description of what changed and why.

Correction log

No corrections have been logged yet. This log will list the date, page, and a plain-language description of each substantive correction once one occurs.
